Our Commission Process

I like to keep my process as concise as possible for commission work – it gives me a clear understanding of what you require.

The process outlined below is relevant for any piece of commission work undertaken by Terrain By Hand:

    1. Submit your enquiry (via web form, email, or direct message)
    2. I’ll contact you to get a clear understanding of your requirements
    3. Receive a quote from us
    4. Once you accept the quote, the quoted initial deposit payment must be paid before work can proceed
    5. Upon receipt of paid deposit, we will confirm your order, book the work into our schedule, and inform you of the delivery window
    6. Receive updates from us, with photos where possible
    7. Once the work has been completed, we will get in touch to seek your approval to proceed with finishing steps
    8. Once finalised, any outstanding payment must be made before goods can be released
    9. Upon receipt, the goods will be carefully packaged up and prepared for dispatch
    10. Send us your photos of our work in action!

If, at any point, you request changes to the agreed work, then any existing work will cease, and you will be re-quoted accordingly. Work will only continue once you accept the revised quote
